Acceptance of Terms

Member Eligibility

Registration & Account Management

• Fraud, deception, or attempts to access another member's account without authorisation.
• Use of third-party software, automated scripts, or bots to gain an advantage in gameplay.
• Spreading false information, defamatory content, or harmful material through our communication channels.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of pakar judi's technical infrastructure.
• Use of stolen payment details or credit cards without the owner's authorisation.

Account Suspension & Termination

Pakar judi reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or conduct that threatens the integrity of the platform. In such cases:

• All bonuses and winnings obtained through means that violate the terms will be forfeited.
• Valid cash balances (deposited funds not involving bonuses) will be returned once the review is complete, subject to KYC requirements and anti-money laundering policies.
• Members whose accounts have been terminated due to serious violations will not be permitted to re-register.

Members may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 working hours.

Liability Limits

If the amendments made are material and significantly affect your rights as a member, pakar judi will send a notification via your registered email or in-account message at least 7 days before those amendments take effect.
